Who we are
Will Stevens Contracting is a family-owned earthworks and drainage business based in Mangawhai. Founded by Will Stevens, the company combines high-level project management expertise with hands-on technical skill to deliver reliable results for the local community.
Will’s journey began in Queenstown and took him to Perth, Australia, where he spent years supervising large-scale, multi-million dollar commercial projects. This experience provided him with an expert-level command of earthworks machinery and complex logistics. Upon returning to New Zealand in 2018, Will solidified his technical foundations by becoming a certified drainlayer in Queenstown, followed by five years of specialised commercial drainage work.
In 2022, Will relocated to Mangawhai to raise his family and establish his own venture. By blending his University business degree with over a decade of international and local field experience, Will provides a professional, streamlined service. While Will personally oversees every project, he maintains a network of additional labor and machinery to scale his operations for any job size.
